For over eight years, Antelope Hills Christian Church has been giving away furniture to anyone in need in the local communities. Hundreds of pieces of furniture, appliances, medical equipment and household furnishings have been given away in the past few years. What started humbly in our church parsonage has expanded into rental space at the CAMA/Connection building in the town of Canby. Donations are accepted from the communities and passed along through advertising on social media and through local agencies. More information about this vital and growing ministry or about volunteering to help or serve with us is available by contacting Pastor Steve at firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the church.
A great evening with music and praise and extra touching moments that were shared with the group about the Holy Land. Thanks to the Worship Band and crew for the extra efforts at an new location. Thanks to everyone involved with the program. Thanks to all the men and women who helped out at Our Saviour's Church for our Salad Supper and a special thanks to those from Our Saviour's church.
Volunteers from all the churches volunteered for a Meals on Wheels Slot as Community Churches in March. Thanks to all who helped from the arious churches. It was much appreciated to finish the task in our long winter. Any questions, please call or email Pastor Steve Maas at 605-881-9024 or email@example.com

Every year, Antelope Hills Christian Church joins the churches around the world in remembering the Persecuted Church around the world. This year our day of reflection and prayer was on Sunday November 11, 2018. Sharon and Troy shared thoughts on the people and churches in Iraq and India. There were also some insights into the situation in Pakistan and a powerful video presentation on Pakistan. Please remember the Persecuted Church in your prayers and get involved in some way to help them. Various opportunities are listed at https://www.persecution.com/IDOP/ and https://www.opendoorsusa.org/ The video can be seen at https://www.persecution.com/IDOP/

WE started this fundraiser last winter in February/March and we are on our way with the Envelope Money Raiser for our new church building. Our goal is $100,000 dollars. The envelopes start in the single digits and go up to $300 as of now. As of August 6, 2018, we have raised around $46,000.00. Way to go, everyone. Grab an envelope and put it in the offering! Out of towners, we welcome all donations, large and small. Thanks to all, who have given to make this a successful endeavor to get into our new building to serve our Lord and Savior in new ways!
With the help of God moving in people's hearts, we completed this fundraiser as of February 1st, 2019 with well over $100,000.00 raised and all the envelopes taken and filled ... thanks to everyone from the church and friends and family from near and far, who gave as well.
Thanks to Delroy, Wes and Jim for their work on getting the church sign up and solidified with concrete!
Thanks to Rebecca Shepherd for making our new sign for our "Furniture Ministry" space at the Connection Building in Canby. It looks good and the general public will be able to know the location of the furniture in a more recognizable way.
A great day on the Laq Qui Parle River. Young and not so young, all had a great day! Thanks to Adrian for helping organize this day on the river. A reflection on the day, follows the pictures.
Thanks to all who helped out with our New Church Garage Sale on June 16th - 7:00 to 1:30. Over $600.00 was raised to go into our Building Fund Campaign. A great big hand to Renee Frazeur for organizing the sale and working hard to make it a big success!
On Sunday May 20, a good group gathered to pray over the new church site and building site. May it be the first of many gatherings!
The Church Body of Believers at Antelope Hills are reading through the New Testament in 2018. We are reading 5 Chapters a week which should take around 5 minutes or so a day and then taking time to reflect each day or on the weekend. Join us on this adventure in reading God's Word together. Reflections on the readings from the week are shared during our Sunday Services by people from the congregation. We feel this reading of the Word together will be blessed by the Holy Spirit in a unifying way that we might together serve our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. If you would like to be part of the 5X5 Reading plan, please pick up a schedule at the church or click on the link below to access the downloadable 5X5 Bible reading plan at the Navigators website. Thanks
This is long overdue ... but many thanks to the men and women of Antelope Hills Church for all they do outside the walls of the church. You are volunteering in school groups and functions, coaching, civic groups, blood drives, Meals on Wheels! I am thankful to all of you and all the different places you serve!
I would like to say a big thank you to Barb for playing for me all these years at Sylvan Court, Marvin for helping out and for Nancy who has helped out in the summer at Sylvan.
As a church body along with some other members of the community and some other pastors along the way we have spent hundreds of hours fixing, remodeling, cleaning, organizing, building, planning and working at the CAMA/Connection Building as we moved from the old Connection building and remodeled the new one. The creative blackboard wall and the Lite Bright wall just below are two of the coolest things we built working at the CAMA/Connection building with Betsy Schmitt's (Connection Manager) ideas to make a blackboard area and use the old garage door from the new Connection building. Thanks to all the AHCC movers, cleaners, food providers, workers and painters for your help ... Lisa, Adriane, Cheyenne, Stuart, Dale S., Dale P., Jim S., Betty, Marcella, Mary Anne, Charlotte, Emily, Delroy, Greg and Zach C. and myself. Will put up some more pictures from the CAMA/Connection in the next few weeks. Antelope Hills rents part of the CAMA/Connection building for our Furniture Ministry. Thanks to all who have helped me out delivering or loading furniture with the Furniture Ministry as well Jim T., Darren, Wes, Reed, Stuart, Grant, Dale S., Mary Anne, Dale P., Emily, Toby and Delroy and many others. Also thanks to all those who helped with the Van carpet redo ... Jim S., Kent, Delroy, Marvin and Dale S. and Jane for giving us some snacks along the way.
